Job Title:

Business Development Associate

Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Associate with proven experience in the Southeast Asia market. Our ideal candidate will have a strong network within the affiliate marketing industry and fluency in English and Thai.

The role involves attracting, onboarding, and managing new affiliate partners, setting up and optimizing affiliate campaigns for maximum performance, analyzing campaign data, researching local markets and trends, and reviewing creatives in local languages.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in iGaming affiliate marketing, strong knowledge of CPA, revenue share, and hybrid models, familiarity with local traffic sources and acquisition strategies, and understanding of S2S tracking.

Responsibilities:
  • Attract, onboard, and manage new affiliate partners
  • Set up and optimize affiliate campaigns for maximum performance
  • Analyze campaign data and implement improvements
  • Research local affiliate markets and trends
  • Review and proofread creatives in local languages when required
Qualifications:
  • Proven track record in iGaming affiliate marketing
  • Strong network within the Southeast Asian affiliate market
  • Fluency in English and Thai
  • Hands-on experience with CPA, Revenue Share, and Hybrid models
  • Familiarity with local traffic sources and acquisition strategies
  • Understanding of S2S tracking (advantageous)
  • Solid knowledge of competitors and market dynamics
