Job Overview

This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for the daily management and execution of digital advertising and e-commerce operations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across major platforms, including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok Ads, and others.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR), and optimize for maximum efficiency and ROI.

Operations Management:

  • Manage day-to-day e-commerce store operations on Shopify.
  • Handle order processing, inventory management, and fulfillment logistics with the supply chain team.
  • Implement customer service processes to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct A/B testing and site optimizations to improve conversion rates and user experience.

Expansion and Innovation:

  • Assist in setting up new sales channels as we expand to Amazon and TikTok Shop.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in DTC e-commerce, digital marketing, and consumer electronics.
