Optimizing Workforce Management: A Strategic Opportunity
Job Description:As a highly skilled and experienced Workforce Planning & Analytics Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving operational performance and enhancing decision-making capabilities. Your primary responsibility will be to provide strategic guidance and support in workforce management, allocation, forecasting, scheduling, reporting analysis, and utilising business intelligence tools.
Key responsibilities include:
- Analysing workforce data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement, using metrics to assess workforce effectiveness and productivity;
- Predicting work volume, handling time, and staff shrinkage, providing staffing recommendations to enhance workforce management and center-wide performance;
- Collecting, maintaining, and analysing business data, including turnover rates, employee demographics, and performance metrics, ensuring data integrity and accuracy;
- Collaborating with the Analytics Team to create and present reports and dashboards to stakeholders that highlight key workforce metrics, insights, and recommendations for action;
- Proactively analysing inputs and overseeing implementation of continuously improved forecasts and plans, measuring performance, identifying opportunities, and providing recommendations on how to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPI) metrics;
- Creating, maintaining, and distributing reporting and plans to guide various teams within the organisation to success and add value to the broader organisation;
- Researching and recommending performance and efficiency improvement processes and changes;
