Workforce Optimization Leader

As a key member of our Business Consulting and Services team, the Workforce Optimization Leader plays a vital role in generating schedules to meet business requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and be able to make informed decisions to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate schedules to meet business needs.
  • Adjust schedules based on actual scenarios.
  • Provide overtime requirements or voluntary time off as needed.
  • Monitor queue activity in real-time.
  • Track and document agent performance across multiple lines of businesses.
  • Prepare and publish intraday reports to ensure accuracy and timeliness of data.
