Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Government Contracting Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing government solicitations (RFPs, RFQs, ITBs) to identify opportunities aligned with our offerings in service apartment rentals or pest control services.

  • Analyze government solicitations to identify opportunities aligned with our company offerings.
  • Prepare, review, and submit competitive bids and proposals, ensuring compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and other U.S. government procurement requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in bidding for U.S. government contracts, with a focus on service apartment rentals or pest control.
  • Strong knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and government procurement processes.
  • Expertise in preparing and submitting compliant bids, including experience with pricing models and cost estimation.
