We are seeking a seasoned Bidding Strategist to lead and manage the bidding process for government contracts, specializing in service apartment rentals or pest control services. This role requires an in-depth understanding of procurement processes and regulations, as well as strong analytical and strategic skills to secure contracts effectively.

The ideal candidate will play a critical role in growing our contract portfolio by analyzing solicitations, preparing bids, conducting cost estimation, and collaborating with internal teams. They will also be responsible for tracking bid status, conducting post-bid evaluations, and implementing lessons learned to improve future outcomes.

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field is required. Proven experience in bidding for U.S. government contracts, with a focus on service apartment rentals or pest control, is essential. Strong knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and government procurement processes is also necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze government solicitations (RFPs, RFQs, ITBs) to identify opportunities aligned with company offerings
  • Prepare, review, and submit competitive bids and proposals, ensuring compliance with FAR and other U.S. government procurement requirements
  • Conduct cost estimation, pricing analysis, and risk assessment to develop effective bidding strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, finance, legal) to gather input and create accurate and compelling proposals
  • Liaise with government agencies and contracting officers to clarify requirements and strengthen business relationships
  • Track bid status, conduct post-bid evaluations, and implement lessons learned to improve future outcomes
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of government contracting platforms (e.g., SAM.gov) and industry regulations

Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • Proven experience in bidding for U.S. government contracts, with a focus on service apartment rentals or pest control
  • Strong knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and government procurement processes
  • Expertise in preparing and submitting compliant bids, including experience with pricing models and cost estimation
  • Proficiency in bid management software and tools such as MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
