About the role

We are seeking an Apartment Building Administrator to join our team at Almond Orchard Land Inc. in South Caloocan Metro Manila. This full-time position will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our apartment building, ensuring a comfortable and well-managed living environment for our tenants.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage the administrative tasks associated with apartment rentals, including processing applications, maintaining tenant records, and coordinating move-ins and move-outs
  • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the apartment buildings, including scheduling and supervising cleaning, repairs, and landscaping
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing their concerns and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective management of the apartment buildings
  • Collaborate with the property management team to develop and implement strategic plans for the ongoing improvement and enhancement of the apartment buildings
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports related to the apartment buildings' operations
