Key Responsibilities
  • Transaction Processing: Accurately process over-the-counter transactions such as cash and check deposits, withdrawals, encashment, payments, and miscellaneous transactions with speed and efficiency.
  • Supporting Operations: Assist with scanning, filing signature cards, and other bank documents as required.
  • Authenticity Verification: Carefully review all check transactions and verify the authenticity of received notes.
  • Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to offer existing clients alternative banking products and services.
  • Client Referral: Refer transacting clients with queries or interest in other bank products for prompt assistance.
  • Exceptional Customer Experience: Continuously provide outstanding customer experiences to all transacting clients, exceeding their expectations.
  • Ongoing Assignments: Perform additional functions assigned from time to time to support branch operations.
Essential Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree: Hold a Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably business-related.
  • No Prior Work Experience Required: While prior work experience is not necessary, having a background in customer service is highly valued.
  • Effective Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse socio-economic groups.
  • Initiative and Innovation: Demonstrate high levels of initiative and innovation in delivering exceptional service.
  • Socio-Economic Versatility: Ability to work well with people from various socio-economic classes.
  • Branch Assignment Flexibility: Willingness to be assigned and rotated to any branch within the area.
