Job Title:

eCommerce Marketing Specialist

This role is focused on supporting the marketing efforts of a client, with a strong emphasis on product management, email campaign execution, and digital content creation.

  • We're seeking an organized and proactive professional to build, edit, and schedule weekly newsletters using Klaviyo or similar tools.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience with Shopify product uploads, creating SEO-optimized descriptions, and using Canva templates in Adobe Photoshop.
  • Responsibilities include ensuring campaigns meet deadlines and brand consistency, tracking metrics, and providing feedback for ongoing optimization.
  • Other tasks include uploading new products with multiple variants, writing/editing SEO-optimized product descriptions and titles, maintaining page formatting, and supporting collection cleanup.
  • This role also involves assisting with photo editing, repurposing Canva assets, and maintaining visual consistency following brand guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Experience building, editing, and scheduling email newsletters using Klaviyo or similar tools.
  • Strong experience with Shopify: product uploads, product page creation, SEO-optimized descriptions.
  • Skilled in using Canva templates and adapting them in Adobe Photoshop.
  • Familiar with managing multiple product variations and keeping formatting consistent.
  • Experience using Asana (or other PM tools) to manage daily tasks.
  • Prior DTC e-commerce or CPG brand experience.
  • Detail-oriented with strong reporting and communication skills.
