Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Virtual Ecommerce Support Specialist to assist our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily ecommerce tasks, customer support, and order processing.
  • Assist with email campaigns, social media management, and product review coordination.
  • Update products using Magento, and perform general virtual assistant tasks.
Requirements:
  • Reliability: Consistent attendance and full-shift availability.
  • Efficiency: Meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
  • Initiative: A go-getter attitude with a proactive approach.
  • Experience: 2+ years of relevant virtual assistance or ecommerce experience.
  • Familiarity with Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Yotpo, Magento, and MS Word is a plus.
Preferred Tools:
  • Email Marketing: Klaviyo, Mailchimp.
  • Product & Review Management: Yotpo, Magento.
  • Office Tools: MS Word.

This role is designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can work independently with minimal supervision.
