This role bridges CRM systems, tech onboarding, reporting, and internal automation to enhance business efficiency.

The successful candidate will support the wider team in leveraging tech tools, especially Salesforce, while driving consistency in reporting and systems usage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and improve Salesforce automations, workflows, and integrations; troubleshoot and resolve CRM issues promptly.
  • Set up new team members with email, Salesforce access, and tech tools; conduct onboarding sessions for advisors on dashboards, CRM, and internal systems.
  • Send weekly EDMs; monitor engagement performance and flag underperforming lists.
  • Deliver weekly reports on CRM usage and advisor performance metrics; track key KPIs across the sales floor.
  • Evaluate and enhance dashboards for users.
  • Ensure seamless functioning of Salesforce and connected tools (DocuSign, Scheduler, Zoom).
  • Suggest at least 2 system improvements per quarter.
Work Environment & Expectations

This is a full-time work-from-home position with fixed shift times. You will be expected to maintain professionalism and accountability, actively participate in team and client calls with camera ON.
