Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Cloud Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing marketing automation strategies that deliver meaningful customer experiences.

This is a challenging role that requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications required including but not limited to Marketing Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Administrator.
  • Proficiency with Marketing Cloud Studios and Builders, especially Email Studio, Content Builder, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio.

To succeed in this role, you should have a passion for delivering exceptional results, working collaboratively as part of a team, and staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.

About You:
  • You're a strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and a proven track record of success in marketing automation.
  • You excel at translating complex requirements into actionable solutions and are well-versed in data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business analysis including review of existing processes, systems, documentation.
  2. Identification of different use cases and test scripts specific to captured user requirements.
  3. Contribute to solution design while working alongside Solution and Technical Architect(s) and other team members.
  4. Lead end-to-end Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations, including configuration, data migration, and integration with other platforms.
  5. System configuration and customisation in line with solution design and while adhering to best practices and standards.
  6. Develop and execute automated marketing campaigns using Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Mobile Studio.
  7. Perform data gathering to define, and document business requirements and work closely with the Solution lead designer in mapping solutions per requirement.
  8. Provide input to projects estimate specific to a declarative part of system design.
  9. Identify different use cases and test scripts specific to captured user requirements.
  10. Manage the implementation of SF Solution design to meet business requirements.
  11. Perform system configuration and groundwork per specification of an architect or lead designer.
  12. Provide advice or suggestions for improvement according to the objectives of the design.
  13. Participate in efforts to develop and execute testing, training and documentation.
  14. Participate in hypercare support to provide assistance to end users.
  15. Stay updated with the latest Marketing Cloud features and industry trends to provide clients with innovative solutions.
