Assistant Property Manager/Property Operations Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to support our property management operations. This role requires experience in managing leases, vendor coordination, work order tracking, and financial reporting.
This is a behind-the-scenes position that involves handling communications via email, managing property operations, and assisting property managers with administrative tasks. Key responsibilities include reviewing lease abstracts, maintaining Certificates of Insurance, drafting tenant communications, and scheduling work orders for building engineers.
The ideal candidate will have experience in property management, strong organizational skills, excellent written communication skills, and proficiency in Excel, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office Suite. Additionally, the ability to obtain bids, track expenses, and manage property maintenance requests efficiently is essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Review and prepare commercial lease abstracts.
- Track and maintain Certificates of Insurance (COIs).
