About The Role
  • We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 specialist to design, develop, secure, and extend customer-facing applications.
  • Analyzing requirements and estimating effort for feature development and customization is essential.
  • You will work with .NET within Microsoft cloud technologies, leveraging Azure Functions or Logic Apps.
  • Able to perform peer code reviews, participate in design sessions, review test plans, and analyze results.
  • This role involves communication and collaboration with clients during implementation cycles.
  • You will align with change management processes, deploy code to production environments, and create functional requirements documentation.
  • Conducting training and knowledge transfer sessions with colleagues on best practices and new features is also required.
About You
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is necessary.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Customer Engagement technical implementation.
  • At least 5 end-to-end full life cycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM or Power Platform are expected.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft cloud environments such as Azure and Office 365 is necessary.
  • Proficiency in X++, C#, .NET, or JavaScript is required.
  • Experience with SQL Server databases is also essential.
  • Possession of one or more of the following technical certifications is preferred: Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Field Service Functional Consultant Associate; Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate.
