Organizational Development Leadership Role:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive HR and Organizational Development experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong background in talent management, employee engagement, and culture building.

This role requires an expert in talent management and development to design and oversee performance management systems, foster accountability, productivity, and employee growth.
