Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, HR Management, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • At least 7 years of HR experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role in IT, BPO, or software development.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proven experience designing and executing successful engagement and talent management strategies.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and adaptability skills.
