Finance Operations Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Finance Operations Leader to spearhead accounting and financial management across our group of companies.

This role is ideal for someone who can oversee day-to-day finance operations while driving process improvements as we scale.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage month-end close for multiple entities.
  • Prepare and file multi-state sales taxes (TX, GA, FL, LA).
  • Process payroll bi-monthly.
  • Issue timely financial statements and management reports.
  • Lead cash flow planning, forecasting, and reporting to leadership.
  • Supervise AR/AP staff (1 AR and 1 AP clerk).
  • Maintain reconciliations (bank, credit card, accruals, deposits).
  • Participate in leadership meetings and maintain company performance metrics.
Required Skills:
  • QuickBooks proficiency.
  • Experience with import/landed cost accounting.
  • Advanced Excel skills for analysis and reporting.
