About the Job Description
This job description outlines the key responsibilities and requirements for the HR Business Partner role. As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support services to employees, fostering employee engagement, and driving organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance employee relations and ensure active participation and compliance.
Represent the organization in government-initiated learning programs and support the application of labor laws in the workplace.
Provide expert guidance to line managers to ensure fair and consistent implementation of the company's Code of Conduct.
Manage HR programs and ensure efficient use of resources.
Oversee workforce planning and ensure the preparation and completion of necessary documentation.
Facilitate the development and review of job competency matrices to ensure thorough and accurate documentation.
Lead the recruitment process and ensure timely hiring for key positions.
Maintain, organize, and verify the accuracy of training records and related documentation to support employee development programs.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in psychology, Behavioral Science, or a related field.
At least three (3) years of relevant experience as HR Business Partner in a food manufacturing setting.
Strong knowledge of HR areas, including employee engagement, labor relations, talent acquisition and development, compensation and benefits, and project management.
In-depth knowledge of labor laws, job evaluation systems, and job analysis frameworks.
Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
