The primary role of the Short-Term Rental Guest Services Agent is to deliver exceptional guest experiences through seamless and memorable stays. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work independently with multiple tasks effectively.

Responsibilities:
  1. Promptly responding to guest inquiries and communications to ensure timely resolution.
  2. Answering guest phone calls and addressing their concerns in a professional manner.
  3. Effectively resolving guest issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  4. Coordinating with internal teams for cleaning, maintenance, and other services to maintain the highest standards of service.
  5. Updating reservations accurately for proper accounting and maintaining a seamless guest experience.
  6. Liaising with platforms like Airbnb, VRBO, Expedia, Booking.com, etc., to resolve any channel-specific issues and optimize guest experiences.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency with online travel agency (OTA) booking channels and short-term rental property management systems.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace (Gmail, Google sheets, Google docs) and its applications in guest services.
  • Fluent English language skills, both in writing and speaking, to communicate effectively with guests.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach, even under pressure, to maintain a positive guest experience.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently, ensuring timely resolution of guest issues.
