Job Description

As a Digital Operations & Listings Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving our short-term rental property management operations forward. This is a unique opportunity to work with a growing international company and take on a varied role that combines reporting, operations, and creative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare regular reports on listings, revenue, commissions, occupancy, nightly rates, and booking trends.
  • Compare performance against previous periods and identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyse reservations (confirmed/cancelled), account development, and Airbnb quality scores to inform business decisions.
  • Summarise insights in clear, concise reports to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
  • Manage suspended listings, complaints, and appeals on Airbnb & Booking.com, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption.
  • Resolve listing errors in Guesty, Airbnb, and Booking.com, including amenities, descriptions, images, and automated messages.
  • Set up and optimise new listings, incorporating content, pricing, images, and co-host onboarding strategies.
  • Ensure all listings are accurately tracked in Monday.com, maintaining data integrity.
  • Design/update floorplans, maps, and marketing creatives using industry-standard tools like Illustrator and Canva.
  • Order branded assets, including business cards, stickers, and print materials, as needed.
  • Provide ad hoc support to the CEO, including policy, price, and payment changes; create presentations, reports, and one-off creatives as required.
Requirements
  • Hands-on experience with Airbnb, Booking.com, and ideally Guesty.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in Google Workspace and Excel/Sheets.
  • Proven ability in listing creation, optimisation, and issue resolution, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Comfortable managing escalations, suspensions, and appeals, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Strong multitasking and prioritisation skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and resourceful, with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
  • Experience in short-term rental property management, with a solid understanding of industry best practices.
  • Familiarity with creative tools like Illustrator, Canva, and RoomSketcher, with the ability to adapt to new technologies.
  • Knowledge of pricing optimisation and platform integrations, with a focus on driving business growth.
