Position Summary:
  • The GTM Lead is responsible for managing projects to ensure timely and accurate upload and management of listings onto our internal Content Management system as well as the external Amazon phase during their initial launch phase.
Main Responsibilities:Project Coordination:
  • Refer to priority tasks on Monday.com platform and update the progress of each task.
  • Cross-functionally collaborate to help ensure new product launch projects remain on track.
Content/Listing Uploads:
  • Upload listing content to our internal Content Management System.
  • Upload both standalone and variated new catalog items to Amazon using flat files, paying attention to key listing areas.
  • Enroll products in Amazon's early product review program.
Listing Troubleshooting:
  • Handle all aspects of listing troubleshooting for new product launches, including dealing with suppressed listings and resolving image and content issues.
  • Ensure all listings comply with Amazon's policies and guidelines and are optimized for visibility.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of prior experience working with Amazon Seller Central, including flat file uploads.
  • Highly organized with ability to handle and manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using Channel Advisor/Rithum and Excel.
  • Monday.com experience is a bonus.
