Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Automation Specialist to join our team. This role will play a key part in helping clients grow their businesses through effective marketing automation and campaign management using Go High Level.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in using Go High Level to drive results, with a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • GHL Software Configuration: Set up and configure Go High Level software according to client requirements, ensuring seamless integration with existing tools and platforms.
  • Process Automation: Identify opportunities for automation within GHL and implement automated workflows, including email sequences, SMS, and follow-up sequences.
  • Lead Management: Set up lead capture forms, landing pages, and funnels in GHL, as well as configure lead scoring and segmentation.
  • CRM Management: Customize and manage the GHL CRM to meet client needs, ensuring accurate data entry and maintenance.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Develop and manage marketing campaigns using GHL, setting up and tracking email, SMS, and social media campaigns.
  • Client Communication: Configure communication channels within GHL (email, SMS, chat), set up appointment scheduling and reminders, and ensure consistent and professional communication with clients.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Create custom reports and dashboards in GHL, monitoring key metrics and KPIs, and providing regular updates to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven 5 years' experience in using Go High Level for marketing automation and campaign management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of GHL features, updates, and integrations.
