Job Title: Process Optimization Specialist

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to develop AI- and LLM-powered workflows that streamline marketing operations, content production, and competitive analysis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing automated processes using a range of tools, including Make.com, Lindy, Gumloop, and related technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement automated workflows to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Build and manage LLM-powered processes to generate, track, and organize marketing content.
  • Integrate tools to produce and monitor brand identity kits, content calendars, and posts.
  • Automate account monitoring, logs, and reporting.
  • Support SEO-focused initiatives through competitor research automation.
  • Develop systems to centralize data and insights for decision-making.
  • Work closely with marketing and client delivery teams to identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Train team members on new processes and document procedures for scalability.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in workflow automation, marketing operations, or technical product roles.
  • Hands-on expertise with Make.com, Lindy, Gumloop, Zapier, or equivalent automation tools.
  • Strong understanding of LLMs and generative AI workflows.
  • Experience building automations for content, marketing, and SEO functions.
  • Analytical mindset; comfortable with data, logs, and competitive research.
  • Ability to work 20 hours per week, primarily in EST, with flexibility for global clients.
