Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional client service by providing expert advice and guidance on insurance and investment products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and trust-building strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide the best possible advice to clients.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue growth objectives.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- At least 18 years of age and legally able to work in the country.
- No prior experience required; comprehensive training and support provided.
- Willingness to undergo extensive training and licensure exam.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software systems quickly.
