Workforce Planning Specialist

This role involves providing strategic guidance and support in workforce management, allocation, forecasting, scheduling, reporting analysis, and utilising business intelligence tools to drive operational performance and enhance decision-making capabilities.

The successful candidate will analyse workforce data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. Use metrics to assess workforce effectiveness and productivity. Accurately predict work volume, handle time and staff shrinkage, and provide staffing recommendations to enhance workforce management and centre-wide performance.

  • Collect, maintain, and analyse business data, including turnover rates, employee demographics, and performance metrics. Ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with the Analytics Team to create and present reports and dashboards to stakeholders that highlight key workforce metrics, insights, and recommendations for action.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Highly proficient in Excel and overall MS Suite products, including Power BI.
  • Familiarity with or understanding of Sales system, CRM, and phone system.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline or related experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in workforce management, reporting analysis, business intelligence, or related field.
Requirements for Remote Work Setup
  • A conducive home office free from noise and distraction.
  • Main internet: wired internet of at least 50mbps.
  • Reliable back up internet: at least 10mbps speed.
