Remote Property Manager

As a Remote Property Manager, you will provide exceptional support to real estate investors and property managers across North America. This role offers the opportunity to work from home and be part of a dynamic team that helps clients achieve Time, Financial, and Location freedom.

The primary goal is to minimize vacancies by developing strong relationships with tenants, owners, and vendors. This includes setting up new properties in client software platforms, keeping property owners informed, and ensuring excellent service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Customer Service: Develop strong relationships with tenants, owners, and vendors to ensure excellent service.
  • New Client Onboarding: Set up new properties in client software platforms and keep property owners informed.
  • Lease Renewals: Track and manage renewals to minimize vacancy.
  • Maintenance: Oversee vendors, assign work, obtain approval, and ensure successful completion and billing.
  • Tenant Management: Coordinate tenant move-in, rent collection, posting of late notices and other notices, lease enforcement, and tenant move-out.

In addition to these key responsibilities, we also require:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Responsible and takes ownership of deliverables to clients.
  • Able to handle multiple clients at the same time.
Ideal Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably within a BPO environment.
