Job Summary

The Customer Service Management role is responsible for leading the establishment, maintenance and enhancement of customer relationships through contract administration, customer orders and problem resolution.

This position requires strategic oversight and leadership direction within the Customer Service function.

  • This level of management is expected to manage department operations and supervise professional employees, front line supervisors and/or business support staff.
  • Ensure employees operate within established guidelines and participate in the development of policies and procedures to achieve specific goals.
  • Manage short-term outcomes and customer interactions with subordinates, peers, customers and suppliers at various management levels.

Requirements

This role requires:

  • 8-12 years of experience, preferred, with a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Internal Qualifications include minimum 1 year in current role, currently a P3/M1, M2, and minimum of 3.0/Meets rating in last Performance Review.
