Job Title: Principal Reporting Analyst

Overview

The role of the Principal Reporting Analyst is to provide strategic support to business stakeholders by generating and analyzing operations and financial reporting.

This position requires a highly skilled analyst who can translate business strategies into actionable data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain forecasting tools and dashboards.
  • Design and implement data querying, cleaning, and organization processes to bolster forecasting efforts.
  • Manage and maintain forecasting accuracy metrics and reports.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication of insights and recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g. mathematics, statistics, computer science).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in analytics or related field.
  • Advanced SQL coding and query skills required.
  • Experience with Mode preferred but not required.
  • 5+ years call center or outsourcing experience.
  • Reporting experience.
  • Advanced skill in Excel and other MS Office applications.
  • Business Intelligence Platform Administration (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) experience.
