Job Title: Data Insights Manager

We are seeking an exceptional Data Insights Manager to lead our offshore analytics team. This role requires a strong balance of technical expertise, leadership capability, and business acumen to ensure the delivery of high-quality insights and solutions that drive business performance.

About the Role:
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of offshore analysts, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Allocate resources effectively, manage workload distribution, and oversee project timelines.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the offshore team and onshore stakeholders.
Data Analytics Delivery:
  • Ensure timely delivery of accurate, actionable, and well-structured analyses and reports.
  • Review and validate team outputs to maintain high standards of analytical rigor and data quality.
  • Translate business requirements into analytical solutions that support strategic decision-making.
Team Collaboration and Development:
  • Participate in recruiting new talent to the team.
  • Onboard new team members and provide continual learning across the team.
  • Work closely with onshore leaders to align priorities, clarify expectations, and set performance goals.
Process Improvement & Innovation:
  • Drive efficiencies through automation, process optimization, and adoption of new tools and technologies.
  • Identify opportunities for the team to provide greater value.

Requirements include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of professional experience in analytics, data science, or business intelligence, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role. Strong technical skills in Excel and PowerPoint are required, with proficiency in Thinkcell desired.
