About the Role

Ayuda Business Management solution Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in customer service and be able to effectively manage incoming phone calls, generate sales leads, and identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Phone Call Handling: Manage incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Sales Lead Generation: Generate sales leads by building rapport with customers and identifying their needs.
  3. Customer Needs Assessment: Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and provide solutions that meet their expectations.
  4. Relationship Building: Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  5. Information Provision: Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools and meeting personal/customer service team sales targets and call-handling quotas.
  6. Complaint Handling: Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; and follow up to ensure the resolution.
  7. Record Keeping: Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
  8. Policy Adherence: Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  9. Culture Fit: Take the extra mile to engage customers and build long-lasting relationships.

Qualifications:

  • 1-year experience in a related field (Healthcare process)
  • Effective communication skills
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; higher education preferred
  • At least 6 months BPO experience
