Digital Systems Integration Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Technical Solutions Specialist to play a key role in delivering high-quality products and services to our clients.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering or a related field, with experience in HVAC, controls, and fault detection and diagnostics.
You will be responsible for collaborating on onboarding projects, communicating timelines and milestones to ensure analytics meets its objectives on time and with high quality.
- Deliver high-quality fault detection and diagnostics products to clients.
- Collaborate on onboarding projects to ensure timely and accurate results.
- Troubleshoot Diagnostics to perform automated fault detection on customer's HVAC equipment.
- Review findings and validate results reported by software.
- Confident, self-motivated individual who quickly grasps new technologies.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers.
- Mechanical Engineering or related technical degree or 5–6 years related industry experience.
- 1–2 years hands-on experience in HVAC, controls, or fault detection and diagnostics.
- Experience with BAS protocols such as BACnet, Haystack, oBIX, and Modbus.
- Understanding of BAS networking principles.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ideal candidates have exposure to automated ongoing commissioning, fault detection and diagnostics, performance measurement and verification.
- Bachelor's in mechanical engineering (or a related technical degree) with an interest in building systems or significant field experience in a controls or services company serving the buildings industry.
- Certificate or equivalent experience in basic networking or computer fundamentals.
- Learns technical and engineering solutions quickly and thoroughly, striving to improve them.
- Communicates technical information effectively to customers over the phone and through emails.
- Manages multiple projects in multiple countries simultaneously.
- Data Collection Services: Installing Data Collection Services, discovering data, and organizing for Digital Building Engineers.
- Troubleshooting: Troubleshooting Diagnostics to perform automated fault detection on customer's HVAC equipment.
- Training: Training and engaging customer and partner users on Data Transfer Service, data connectivity, and related networking issues.
- Ongoing Support: Providing ongoing support of connected sites.
