Job Title: Digital Building Integration Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Digital Building Integration Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality fault detection and diagnostics products to clients and partners, collaborating on onboarding projects, and communicating timelines and milestones.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install Data Collection Services and discover data to support Digital Building Engineers.
  • Conduct troubleshooting to perform automated fault detection on customer HVAC equipment.
  • Train and engage customer and partner users on Data Transfer Service, data connectivity, and related networking issues.
  • Ongoing support of connected sites is also a key responsibility of this role.
Requirements:
  • Mechanical Engineering or related technical degree or 5–6 years related industry experience.
  • 1–2 years hands-on experience in HVAC, controls, or fault detection and diagnostics.
  • Exposure to BAS protocols such as BACnet, Haystack, oBIX, and Modbus.
  • Exposure to BAS networking principles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ideal candidates will have exposure to automated ongoing commissioning, fault detection and diagnostics, performance measurement and verification.
  • Ideal candidates will also have exposure to metadata applications such as use of tags and standards, e.g., Project Haystack.
