Main Responsibilities:
  1. Customer Service Delivery: Provide prompt and courteous assistance to members, respond to inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner, and maintain a high level of member satisfaction.
  2. Utilization Management: Implement effective gatekeeping and utilization management processes, review member cases for necessity of availment, and ensure compliance with plan policies.
