About the Job

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized HMO Administrative Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as experience in insurance and HMO administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide effective administrative support to the Hospital Liaison Officers Department.
  2. Manage and maintain accurate records of member benefits, coverage, and maximum available limits.
  3. Collaborate with Hospital Care Directors and accredited physicians to build strong relationships.
Requirements:
  • Degree in any 4-year college course, medical allied (preferred).
  • Experience in insurance/HMO and value-adding services preferred.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
