The HR/Recruitment Liaison plays a pivotal role in supporting the Human Resources department at Theoria Medical. This position involves assisting with various administrative tasks, including updating candidate databases, reporting on candidate status, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate with Recruitment Liaison & Contracts Specialist and Recruitment Liaison & Contracts Associate to ensure timely communication and updates on candidate progress.
- Prepare and send offer letters, as well as store signed employment agreements in candidate files.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate files, ensuring seamless access to essential information.
- Develop and send follow-up reminder emails to candidates nearing the expiration of their employment offers.
- Compile and analyze post-decline survey results to identify areas for company improvement.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to and forwarding basic emails in a timely manner.
- Possess strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Demonstrate excellent critical thinking, interpersonal, and public speaking skills.
- Showcase high levels of organization, attention to detail, and proactivity in meeting deadlines.
- Demonstrate exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
