The Medical Industry Liaison Specialist will play a crucial role in building partnerships with key healthcare professional societies/organizations/communities. This will involve organizing meetings with partner representatives, ensuring productive discussions and action points.

The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background in the healthcare sciences (MD, MBBS, PharmD, BSc in nursing or allied profession) and a minimum of 3 years of work experience in the pharmaceutical industry or a healthcare internet service provider.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with key healthcare professional societies/organizations/communities.
  • Organize meetings with partner representatives, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with country colleagues to achieve CME/CPD accreditation of MIMS Education e-learning modules and webinars.
  • Prepare reports and other documentation related to partnership activities.
  • Contribute to the expansion of MPF user engagement through proposal development and partner collaboration.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate degree in the healthcare sciences (MD, MBBS, PharmD, BSc in nursing or allied profession).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or a healthcare internet service provider.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in digital internet service.
  • Previous experience in working with HCP societies/communities an advantage.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools, such as Google Analytics, an asset.
