Human Resources Leadership Opportunity

This senior-level HR role entails overseeing all facets of human resources practices and processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive HR policies, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and overseeing performance management systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing effective HR strategies and procedures
  • Managing employee relations and resolving conflicts in a fair and timely manner
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant labor and employment laws and regulations
  • Oversight of performance management systems to drive business outcomes
  • Fostering a positive work environment that promotes collaboration and growth
  • Providing strategic HR support to the organization's goals and objectives
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Human Resources (HR) and a solid understanding of HR Policies
  • Proficiency in Employee Relations and Performance Management with a focus on results-driven initiatives
  • Strong HR Business Partnership skills with the ability to build trust and credibility
  • Solid knowledge of Labor and Employment Law with a commitment to compliance
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills with the ability to motivate and engage teams
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business outcomes
  • Relevant certifications such as SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP are highly valued
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field with a strong academic record
