Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resource Manager located in Iloilo. The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment processes, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. They will also manage employee benefits programs, handle conflict resolution, and ensure a positive work environment. Additionally, the HR Manager will support in training and development initiatives and strategize HR policies to align with the company's goals.
