Marketing Growth Strategist
The Digital Solutions team drives seller adoption of off-platform marketing solutions. As Marketing Growth Strategist, you will own the execution and scaling of seller-facing programs designed to increase offsite traffic and drive measurable ROI.
Key Responsibilities- Design initiatives to grow seller-driven traffic through off-platform channels
- Analyze campaign performance and provide optimization strategies to sellers
- Lead communication with internal stakeholders to ensure sellers are aligned with new programs and best practices
- Manage the full marketing operations workflow
- Monitor industry trends and propose improvements to strengthen offsite performance
- Build dashboards and reports to track program impact and extract actionable insights
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
- 7+ years in digital or performance marketing, preferably in eCommerce or agency settings
- Deep experience with advertising platforms like Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, or similar tools
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on performance and results
