Sales Outreach Role Overview

This is a dynamic sales support position that requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide support via live chat and instant messenger.
  • Process orders, billing, and technical support tasks.
  • Manage sales administration duties, including lead follow-up and appointment setting.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience with Google Suite applications.
  • Proven ability to handle increased lead volume (up to 30/day).
  • High level of attention to detail and strong communication skills.
  • Familiarity with apps such as Google Suite, Stripe, WhatsApp, and Zoom.

*Training provided on unfamiliar software.

This role requires a proactive and highly organized individual who can work well in any team environment and be reliable when working autonomously.

The ideal candidate should have flexible hours to cover extended availability and be able to adapt to changing priorities.
