Technical Support Role

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients with technical issues. You will utilize various databases to select the best processing method and explain the solution to the client in order to resolve the inquiry.

  • You will receive and respond to technical customer service requests, inquiries, and problems via telephone, email, chat, or SMS.

To be successful in this position, you will need to maintain accurate and complete records of all inquiries and problems handled. You will also operate a personal computer, mainframe, software packages, and front-end programs related to the client.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Resolve Client Issues

Resolves client and/or merchant technical support issues relating to point of service (POS) products, including but not limited to dial-up card swipe terminals, by utilizing established documentation and processes.

2. Maintain Accurate Records

Maintains an accurate and complete record of all inquires and problems handled.

3. Operate Computer Systems

Operates a personal computer, mainframe, software packages, and front-end programs related to the client.


Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • No Relevant Experience Required

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 Years Relevant Exp
  • Previous Customer Service Experience

  • Basic Computer Skills
  • Able to Develop Basic Payments Industry Knowledge
  • Basis Ability to Research Issues and Resolve Customer Inquiries
