  • Provide timely support to customer inquiries across various channels such as phone, email, live chat and social media
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences that meet our high standards
  • Create lasting relationships with customers through effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Take ownership of customer issues and resolve them on the first contact by understanding their needs and providing personalized solutions
  • Follow through on commitments made to customers to ensure complete satisfaction
  • Complete tasks and requests from management in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with other teams to improve service experience and implement best practices
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures related to customer service
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong proficiency in computer applications including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Typing speed: 45 WPM
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple priorities simultaneously
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or sales
