Financial Controller Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and organized Financial Controller to join our cross-functional team. This role will play a key part in managing financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and collaboration with departments including sales, HR, and IT.

  • As a Financial Controller, you will be responsible for organizing and managing workflows and datasets across multiple departments, ensuring information and documentation are properly structured.
  • You will also design and implement financial controls, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency, manage and maintain financial systems, datasets, and reporting frameworks to support decision-making.
  • Additionally, you will work closely with team members to ensure procedures are followed and required data is collected on time, classify and maintain documentation to ensure accuracy, order, and accessibility, and support data analysis, reporting, and financial/operational modeling tasks.
Requirements

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Finance, Accounting or another analytical field and at least 4-5 years of related work experience as a financial controller.

  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills are required, along with advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, and modeling).
  • Ability to build and work with financial/data models is essential, as well as an excellent command of English (spoken and written).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once, the ideal candidate should be eager to learn and adaptable to changing workflows and tools.
