Investment Specialist
Job DescriptionThe Compliance Officer is accountable for ensuring the company's adherence to all regulatory compliance requirements. This involves coordinating with internal departments and government agencies to ensure timely submission of necessary documents.
Responsibilities include conducting regular fieldwork, submitting applications for Authority to Print, and complying with renewal of books of accounts of branches. Additionally, the officer receives and submits BIR correspondences, submits reportorial requirements, and ensures timely compliance of submission of all requirements sent.
The Compliance Officer safeguards records of all submitted government documentary requirements and provides assistance to internal departments to ensure completion and submission of all pertinent requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Accounting-related course;
- At least one year of administrative work experience;
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite applications;
- Good oral and written communication skills;
- Organization and analytical skills needed;
- Experience with handling BIR transactions is a plus.
