Job Title: Customer Experience Specialist

The Compliance Associate is responsible for coordinating government compliance submissions by working with personnel, departments, or agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supports the Regulatory Compliance Department in adhering to all BIR compliance requirements;
  • Conducts regular fieldwork to gather necessary documents and submits branch applications for Authority to Print (ATP) and complies with additional requirements as needed;
  • Ensures timely submission of renewal of books of accounts of branches;
  • Receives and submits BIR correspondences;
  • Submits BIR reportorial requirements sent from the office;
  • Closes coordination with the Regulatory Compliance Specialist and other Compliance Associates;
  • Safeguards and keeps records of submitted government documentary requirements, including documents of business units;
  • Provides assistance and responds to queries of internal departments to ensure completion and submission of pertinent requirements;
  • Accomplishes other tasks assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any four-year business course or accounting-related course.
  • At least one year administrative work experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite applications.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Organization and analytical skills required.
  • Experience with handling BIR transactions is a plus.
