Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain high levels of professionalism with clients and staff at all times.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by being responsive to client needs and delivering timely solutions.
  • Work closely with the Service Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and achieve business objectives.
  • Coordinate with the Service Technician Team to schedule appointments, assign tasks and monitor progress.
  • Develop and implement effective processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Experience working in a similar role or industry.
