Client Success Manager

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business growth?

We're seeking a highly skilled Client Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our client operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire student-instructor matching process from intake insights to timely placements and client satisfaction.

This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your sales, client service, and communication skills to build strong relationships with high-touch clientele. You will lead initial client engagement, conduct discovery calls, and guide families toward the appropriate educational services to support successful onboarding.

To succeed in this role, you should have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 1-3 years of experience in sales, client services, or customer success, and strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with Google Workspace and project management tools is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the end-to-end student–instructor matching process, ensuring timely and high-quality placements and client satisfaction.
  • Lead initial client engagement by responding to inquiries, conducting discovery calls, and guiding families toward the appropriate educational services.
  • Execute follow-up strategies based on lead quality and lifecycle stage.
  • Maintain strong pipeline hygiene by consistently updating lead statuses and notes using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth client journey and share insights that support continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, client services, or customer success.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple leads simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and project management tools.
