Business Analyst - Data Storyteller

As a Business Analyst - Data Storyteller, you will play a pivotal role in uncovering key insights from complex data sets and communicating these findings to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner. Your ability to distill data into compelling narratives will drive strategic decisions and fuel business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Uncover hidden patterns and trends within large datasets, using statistical methods and programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R.
  • Develop reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights to business partners, leveraging tools like Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.
  • Collaborate with the data visualization team to create informative, repeatable reporting and monitoring systems.
  • Translate technical approaches into easily digestible insights, ensuring effective communication across departments.
  • Summarize data from multiple sources to communicate insights and opportunities to stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in data analysis and preparation, including use of statistical methods and programming languages.
  • Proven expertise in building reports using data visualization tools.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly in writing and verbally.
  • Initiative to act and resolve problems, with the capacity to work independently when necessary.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and effective prioritization of information.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changes in day-to-day operations related to department priorities.
