
Rental Property Coordinator

This position requires someone who is highly organized, proactive, and able to balance administrative, operational, and client-facing tasks. A background in property management or hospitality would be beneficial but not necessary. What's key is having a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.
Job Description- Manage tenant relationships, coordinate viewings and handle all leasing paperwork.
- Oversee maintenance requests, ensure timely response and resolution.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to create compelling listings and promotional materials.
- Develop and implement effective property marketing initiatives to increase occupancy rates.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure seamless property turnover and minimize disruption to tenants.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in property management software and platforms such as Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive business growth and improve operations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with internal teams, tenants, and external partners.

The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Managing day-to-day property operations and maintaining high standards of quality and service.
- Developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to attract new tenants and retain existing ones.
- Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to inform business decisions and drive growth.
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record of successful property management experience or a related field.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on driving business growth and improving operations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with internal teams, tenants, and external partners.
- Full-time (40 hours/week) schedule with flexibility required.
- Standard Monday to Friday schedule with rotational shifts during peak and holiday seasons possible.
- Weekend availability expected on a short-call basis for urgent property needs.
