Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the order-to-cash process, from quote to billing.

You will work closely with the sales team to ensure timely and accurate processing of orders, as well as collaborate on activation and billing utilizing Zuora.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the sales process, including bookings, billings, and revenue reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage subscription order fulfillment using Zuora, ensuring accuracy and consistency in revenue reporting.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop quotes and process orders in a timely manner.
  • Anticipate and resolve issues to ensure customer orders are processed efficiently and effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in order management or a related field, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the sales process.
  • Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and execute in a fast-paced environment.
